One VERY IMPORTANT REQUEST: The mother of the bride has a severe fragrance allergy that can trigger debilitating migraines, so we’re asking everyone to please leave the perfume, cologne, and other strongly scented fragrances at home for all of our wedding weekend events.

A note from the bride: I need my mom with me and feeling her best on my wedding day a whole lot more than anyone needs their perfume or cologne 😉 Please leave the scents at home for this one. It means more to me than you know. 🤍

Saturday, October 24th, 2026. Mark your calendars! The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM at Brentwood Farms.

Semi-formal with a touch of fancy! Cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates for the ladies, and suits or dress pants with a jacket for the guys.

The ceremony will take place in the woods, so keep that in mind when choosing your shoes. We recommend block heels, wedges, or flats since stilettos may sink into the grass.

For the smoothest trip, use Apple Maps or Google Maps and enter 105 Brentwood Farms Drive, Locust, NC. Please do not use Waze, as it may take you to the wrong location.

You'll drive through a neighborhood on your way in, and it may feel like you've taken a wrong turn, but don't worry, you're headed the right way! Keep following your GPS.

Parking is available in the open field next to the pavilion, and there will be signs to help guide you.

Once you enter the property, continue down the gravel road, pass the pond, and stay right at the fork in the road (the left fork leads to a private home). Continue past the pavilion, and you'll find guest parking in the open field on your left.

Yes! Complimentary shuttle transportation will be provided for guests staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites and Wingate by Wyndham. Shuttle service is only available to and from these two hotels. You can find the full schedule on our Travel & Stay page.

Our venue is tucked away in the countryside, so Uber and Lyft availability may be limited. If you plan to use a rideshare service, we strongly recommend arranging your transportation in advance, especially for your trip home. Carpooling or arranging a designated driver are also great options!

We’re crossing our fingers for sunshine, but October likes to keep us on our toes! It’s usually warm during the day and a little chilly once the sun sets, so bring a jacket or wrap to stay comfy. We’ll have fire pits going during the reception to help keep everyone warm.

If it rains, we’ll still be getting married under the pines. That spot means too much to us to move it to the pavilion. Clear umbrellas will be provided if needed, so we can all soak up the moment (literally). ☔️✨

As much as we love your little ones, we’re keeping the celebration adults-only so everyone can fully relax and dance the night away!

We’ll be serving beer, wine, cider and seltzers throughout the evening.
